Grace Essentials Bible College (GEBC) is a God-led initiative to train and disciple people for the work of the ministry and in the marketplace, in a way that maximises (takes full advantage of) the finished work at the cross of Calvary.

Many believers, including ministers, face stress and burnout due to lack of proper preparation. At GEBC, we teach the “grace essentials” from the Bible to help individuals thrive in both ministry and life. Our modules equip students to “rightly divide the word of truth,” just as Paul instructed Timothy, providing practical insights and spiritual strength. With this foundation, our graduates are empowered to build strong, effective ministries and live with confidence in their calling.

Our Purpose​

Who We Are​

Jesus Christ came and made “the impossible and unimaginable become doable” to every believer.

Yet many of them and even ministers of the gospel, experience “immense stress in the ministry,” burn-out or even consider quitting the ministry all together. 

Whilst there may be different reasons for each case, the root of the problem is often in limited or no preparation for ministry: spiritually, academically, emotionally, and/or practically. This ought not to be the case because Christ rose from the dead and made abundance of grace available to His church. There are “grace essentials” from the Bible, a biblical perspective that we believe ministers, prospective ministers from across denominations and ordinary believers need to grasp early, in order to enjoy the “abundant life” that Christ gave us and do the work of ministry as a lifestyle. For example, it is important to reconcile the Old Testament picture of a seemingly angry and judgemental God, with the New Testament God who is loving, caring, and forgiving.

Such understanding is fundamental to having a healthy and thriving relationship with God, and to developing a vibrant ministry and/or marketplace success as a lifestyle. At GEBC, students receive structured and practical guidance on how to “rightly divide the word of truth” and extract the “grace essentials” they need for strength, stability, confidence, and clarity of doctrine in ministry, and to avoid many of the problems and hardships that sadly characterise ministry today. This is the model and advise that apostle Paul gave to Timothy the young minister, to “be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15). We teach the balanced and practical application of the word of His grace, which builds up and gives the inheritance in Christ.

Transforming lives through practical, gospel-centered teaching for everyday impact.

Our approach is to reveal the power and simplicity of the gospel truth for our daily use, through a combination of deep insightful teaching of the Word and practical application in real-life setting. The “how to” is often missing but is given consideration in our courses. This is a culmination of over 30 years of walking with the Lord and ministry to both small and large gatherings, The passion to share the practical Word of God in simplicity led to the initiative of developing a life-changing teaching program. The program was initially delivered to support and shield hundreds of believers from the effects of covid-19 pandemic. The participants came out spiritually stronger and are possessing the inheritance in Christ Jesus. Similarly, every GEBC graduate is set to come out stronger and possess the inheritance and nations for Christ.
